At Amaira, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Amaira account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip or order invoice inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
